Terrible service, I just wanted to make some payments, but the cashier told me that it couldn't be done, that she as a cashier couldn't do it, that's what the practice is for, I told her that I had had problems with the practice that's why I preferred to go to the counter, and that they always attended to me without any detail, I reiterate that I couldn't and that it was a practical matter, I don't understand that type of treatment, that it was difficult for them to attend to me and solve my problem.
I want to make a formal complaint, but unfortunately there is no where to follow up on it. This branch HAS STAFF without the desire to work, every time I have gone to the promoters to request a loan or information, they make mistakes that other agencies have never denied me help. Saturdays are worse, they don't let you in or let you talk, when they look for a way to keep you from staying at the agency and leaving. I don't know how they will manage their productivity goals. Annoyed on Saturdays because they want to leave at 1:30pm. Either they change them or they close on Saturdays. Since there is no productivity in the advisors
Terrible, disastrous and horrible, they blocked my card and they didn't know how to solve it. It is worth mentioning that they made me wait almost 2 hours. A Fat woman attended me at the desk. see more criminal than anything
Bad. They don't answer the phone, you go in person and they don't give you complete information. Many users came with complaints. I didn't like it, I couldn't open my account, there is no printing nearby. Bad, bad.
