Terrible service, they wash their hands and there you can't fix anything, it has to be done by phone, the operator answers and it's of no use to me, I need to talk to an executive.

Super terrible service, it can't be that the customer service executive leaves you waiting for 40 minutes because she went to the bathroom and I can't even leave because my procedure was already halfway done.😤😠

They asked me for an amount of money to be able to have a basic booklet, which is a lie, I asked three people from the bank and they told me the same thing, since a day before my husband did the same procedure in another branch and they did not ask for anything other than the documentation. They gave me the option of the app but I told them that it was not possible and they gave me the same answer "you need $2000 to open an account" and even online they mention that $ is not needed to be able to do the procedure. Appalling!
