Terrible service, they don't attend to you in the shift you arrive, if you don't have a card, they leave you at the end, it took me 50 minutes to go to the window

I'm not much for leaving bad comments. But in this case I have no choice. It really is a shame of a branch and a bank. 2 hours of waiting to go to windows to deposit a check. The wait is incredible especially with the fact that I didn't have any ATM working for over a week. If I could give it fewer stars I would but I don't know I can 😏

If you are going to arrive and want to speak with a service agent you will have to wait two to four hours as the lines look like you see in the photos just to speak with a service agent. Terrible customer service here, no way does anyone listen to me. The service agents look like they are busy talking to each other but they never give the customer that attention.
