Thieves! I have been claiming monthly charges for insurance for more than 6 months. I even requested cancellation due to duplicate charges... there are more than 17 thousand pesos that have been stolen from me... I HAVE CANCELLATION FOLIO!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!! SERVICE In no branch they treat you badly but this one was rude and procedures that are done without any problem here they did not want to do them they should train their staff well but it is DISGUSTING!!!!!
