I am a foreigner who has had an account at Bancomer for over 20 years. My debit card expired. The executive made little effort to assist me. She was condescending. Apparently there are "new regulations" for verifying identity. They are "internal documents" which are not available to bank clients. I spent 2 days trying to renew the card without success. Never go back there.
I think in part the problem lies in the young people who assign the shifts. I caught the one from yesterday in a bad way and waited almost two hours for attention. He told me that those were the corresponding letters (for non-cardholders) because he was reluctant to run my plastic through his slot-assigning machine. I don't know if it's because they don't train them or what their anger is. Because of the attention of the director, named Yazmín, she is incomparable with several, several executives who just skewer people with things that they don't even understand, just to benefit the bank.
Terrible, and the one who is just giving the tickets has no idea about giving you a turn, I lost more than 1 hour just because she gave me the wrong turn
The treatment they give you from the entrance is disastrous, it seems that they have a hard time doing their job nicely. I really don't recommend going to carry out procedures, it's better to look for another branch.

I have not had an issue here yet, so all the best experience, they're call center sucks though so I would avoid it as much as possible
