The executive I met "updated" my file in less than 10 minutes, but days later when I tried to contract investment funds from the app, he told me that I had to go to the branch to update my file. I mean, I waited all that time for nothing; a waste of time.
Terrible service, from the entrance they assist you but to limit your procedures. I had to make data updates on my payroll and they wouldn't allow it, first of all the company had to fill out that data, (which had already been done), and since I activated my card with a new PIN, their excuse was that they couldn't Update my information with an executive because they didn't have a system.
Everything was bad, they didn't want it to happen to the executives from the beginning.

Today, September 26, I went to the branch that is closest to my home to deposit a check and after 40 minutes they told me that due to the amount $$ they could not authorize it. I went to the Colonia del Fresno branch and in less than 10 minutes the check was deposited. Whatever the protocols are, they make this branch useless.
Terrible service! Very bad organization.
I needed to unlock my card to make my payments for the day and from the moment I arrived I asked to go in with an executive and they didn't give me a card, they just told me "we'll help you right away, take a seat and I'll let you know" there weren't even any people when I arrived but I imagined It was lunch time and maybe that's why they weren't serving me, half an hour passed and a man arrived, all upset, asking to be served because he was urgent and they handed him over right as he arrived, what a lack of respect for those of us who arrived earlier.
I like the bank in all aspects, but there are better branches with much better organization and service.
