I received a ticket to open a new account, and I waited and waited after an hour I started to wonder when it would be my turn, people would arrive and be served first even without their ticket being called, so they jumped the line. I was starting to get upset after an hour and a half and asked an associate why it was taking so long he said I just needed to wait to be called. After 2 hours I had enough and an associate came out after helping a client I told her that I had been waiting for 2 hours, she looked at me then talked to her supervisor, and said that there are only 5 people waiting, she said this because she wanted to take a break. Her supervisor approved it and I sat there in disbelief. I walked out talking to the associate who said just to wait, I asked if this was normal? To make people wait 2 hours? He said I just needed to wait.... I said no I don't as I left I told him this was the worst service I have ever received at a bank in Campeche!
Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida, se estimó que solo esperaría 34 minutos pero después de 2 horas me fui. Incluso dije que había estado esperando 2 horas, la asociada me miró y le dijo a su supervisor que solo había 5 personas esperando y que quería tomar un descanso. Estoy completamente decepcionado con el servicio. Veo por publicaciones anteriores que esto es algo normal en este banco.
I do not recommend it at all for preferred customers since you have to wait in line anyway and it is very slow, it is not good because the preferential ones do not queue and here they do, which seems disrespectful to me, so if you are preferential, go to someone else because Here you can drink from half to an hour, it's a horror. IMPORTANT CARE THIS BANK IS GARBAGE and I'm sorry for the rudeness. Can you believe that it doesn't let you deposit American dollars? This is crazy. It's the only bank in Mexico that happens this to us as preferred customers. This is incredible, they treat you very badly, I leave very upset and horrified, don't come here, it's something unusual, a total lack of respect.
For study reasons I left the country and tried to communicate with an executive from abroad but they never answered my calls because I wanted to continue using my card for online transactions and it is not enabled, a relative did me the favor of asking the executive what I had to do to which he only replied that I had to go to the branch to register and be able to use the app, therefore I have not been able to use my card anymore, and I can only think that with so many technology tools that we have today this bank cannot do something for its clients abroad.
