A terrible experience happened today, I could not make a transfer from my bank and it turns out that they had already made 5 transfers on the same day, I went to the bank to clarify that and the lady who assisted me, very rude, answered that I did want to do it I made a demand, but they weren't going to resolve anything for me 😡. I am going to proceed with the lawsuit even if they do not give me a solution, but be very careful
Terrible service. I passed by an executive and he treated me very badly; He didn't even pay me the proper attention and didn't know how to give me a solution to my problem. I ended up resolving it with an agent via video call (from CDMX) who was super friendly
The staff is cool, but they should organize the aforementioned lines, you no longer know who becomes the cashier, window or executive
There are many ATMs, about 15 I think, so there is something to choose from, they should put more employees to help people who don't know, in order to speed up the queue
The bad thing is that there is a long line that gives until the sun, they should put a tarp or something outside so as not to make customers suffer
In summary 7/10 bank with average teller, but a little better

Excellent service, very agile compared to other banks that have several windows but not all of them use them
