Worst service.. its like 4th time I am submitting my fm3, passport, address proof..
I am not sure where they will upload them, but every 3 months on a random day suddenly I card and app will stop working and I have to visit the bank...
This has 4 times to me.. every time it will take at least 1hr to get your number and then 30 mins finish the submissions..
Customer service -- 0
Literally an hour to spend with a person who gives you a page. It's crazy, and the staff only do the ones that are doing something, 15 minute breaks per client, whoever wants to go first, while sitting waiting, more than 3 people who just arrived and greeted each other passed by. It is not possible that they take more than an hour to print a folio. And they still check the cell phone, they laugh, they make eye contact with people and it's okay. Bad is little.

The worst branch of BBVA. Watch out when you open your account here. They will try to deceive you. Highly recommend to use other branch.

These people don't like their jobs. Always bad, they don't validate the turn you take in the app.
