B & L's Body Shop

I spent the entire day searching for a shop to reattach my car skirt to its bumper, but everywhere I went, I couldn't even get an estimate, let alone find someone to perform the repairs. Just when I was about to give up, I decided to give B&L a chance. As soon as I walked into their office, Brian immediately stopped what he was doing to provide me with an on-the-spot estimate. Impressed by his swift response, I left my car with them, and to my delight, it was ready in less than two hours. I truly wish more businesses exhibited the same level of attentiveness, promptness, friendliness, and affordability as B&L.

I wanted to leave the previous review here in case anyone is having the same problems right now, but we did manage to contact each other. They are having phone issues currently and are trying to get them fixed. He was again very courteous and explained the situation which I was appreciative of. Work is still being done on the vehicle and I may update this review again after, but I definitely raised the stars on it. I'm hoping that I can change this review later, but i called them to see if they would do some insurance work on my wife's vehicle and they were very prompt and courteous. They gave me a reasonable time frame before they could start working on it. All of this was great until they got the vehicle. I have called them for a week now to let them know that we have the insurance work and just wanted to see if there was an estimate on how much longer it would take. I have not been able to contact anyone and have tried calling at various times incase they were busier at certain times of the day, the voice-mail is full, there has been no call back. Now I have no idea what is going on. I would like to believe that there is a reasonable explanation. I am hoping they see this and respond.
