I've been trying to talk to the Donostia office on the phone for days, since in person it's going to be difficult, since we have the same work schedule, I wouldn't like to get there and have them give me any problems. I am paying an insurance for absolutely NOTHING, it turns out that they have to remove a berruguita and it is a nonsense intervention, I am waiting for the authorization to be validated, 5 days go by and it turns out that on the eve of having to go for the preoperative they tell me that I have deficiencies and that I have to wait 7 months to be able to remove it and if I don't call by phone, they don't even contact me to tell me.
A shame for sure.
They do not authorize us an ordinary test without justified cause. Impossible to contact the office by phone. 10 years with private insurance, we registered with ASISA this year and everything is problems
We have been in ASISA for 40 years, we are a family of four and the treatment is unbeatable, very friendly and they will solve anything for you both personally and by telephone, the change of location to me is great as it is closer to my home and I repeat, the people who serve are very decisive.
They charged me for a year's policy and had terminated me without prior notice.
You go to ask for explanations and they shamelessly wipe their hands.
Terrible attention from Arancha and some others who don't show their face, in the office on San Martin Street.
An experience to forget about an insurance that is cheaper than others, but that leaves much to be desired.
