A 0 patatero, they never answer the phone, terrible service, they have to solve everything for you from the headquarters, even a simple authorization. I passed in front of the office and thinking that the management would be more agile, I went up to request an authorization, there were no clients and they still made me wait, they asked me for a bunch of unnecessary papers and they told me that they couldn't do it for me, from the same door and with the App. Manage it in a few seconds. Totally useless.
I went to make a query, and no matter how much I looked for it, I couldn't find it. I don't know where the entrance is and I didn't find any sign that would give me any clue. When I called by phone they didn't pick up. Could you tell me how to access it?
I've been calling to make an appointment for a week, it's embarrassing. On the phone you get an endless recording, which after waiting several minutes the call is disconnected. By mail in appointments they refer you to this same telephone number. A vicious circle Asisa doesn't pick up the phone either. They are located inside a gate with poor visibility, so it is difficult to find it if you don't know it and it is also on the top floor and there is no elevator.
Being a healthcare company, it should do more of its part towards those who cannot move properly or simply carry a baby stroller.
