At Home Care

Supervisor Dawn White was Very unprofessional and very disrespectful when it came to dealing with a personal matter. She hung up multiple times while claiming she had a “family emergency” and didn’t “have time for this”. This is not how you handle matters in a professional standpoint. When it comes to someone’s hard work and not getting paid for it and not being able to get a valid response or a call back from the payroll team when funds that were worked for were not deposited. The fact people are being ignored when they owe them money is very very unprofessional.

At Home Care services are awesome. They came to our home daily and took care of my terminally Ill brother making him very comfortable until he passed away, my family will forever be grateful to this company. They go beyond what is required of them in a very loving compasionate way. They are now caring for my mother who has Alzheimers. I cannot impress upon you how much burden this company has lifted from my family during these trying times and the peace of mind we have knowing our mother is really being looked after. Thank you at home care for all you do.

I would like to thank at home care for taking great care of my grandfather. Thank you at home care for the great staff that you have, thank you for the wonderful employee that took great care of my grandfather. May be the one day the time clock wasn't working but we still took care of what we needed to do.Keep doing the wonderful job that you and your staff is doing thank you again.😋

The owner is very attentive to the needs of the clients and their families. She is also very knowledgeable about available resources in the community such as help with utility bills or obtaining medical equipment and supplies. I would highly recommend this company.

If i could give them 0 stars i would they are very unprofessional, rude, and unorganized they don’t even care about they clients ! My client called them with a question 3 times every time they said they would call back and didn’t . I haven’t even been with the company a year and they changed they regional manager about 3 times already . They checks aren’t accurate and I’m missing my money i had to argue with them in order to get my money but they say it’s going to take 4 days because they don’t write checks I’m convinced they stealing money i will not recommend them to anyone .
