I worked with JR over the course of a week and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and personable. I’m highly inquisitive, indecisive, yet particular as well. Even with all that, JR worked with me from beginning to end and never wavered from the quality of his service. I’d highly recommend Ashley home furniture of Buckhead and specifically, JR for your service + furniture needs. They had offerings for every budget, prime quality, and great service.
Stillman was kind, helpful and beyond a pleasure to have assist in finding and purchasing a new couch. He was knowledgable and took the time to understand the layout and specifics I was looking for. In addition, he explained everything thoroughly, leaving me with no questions. I appreciate the warm and welcoming personality he graced us with and will be returning for any other furniture needed.
Update: The mattress has been leaking fiberglass through the cover and contaminated all of my clothes and other items in my bedroom. I contacted them and they said they can't do anything because it its out of warranty. I've had to throw away the mattress, bed frame and a lot of other items. I've also been having respiratory issues which I know now is from breathing in fiber glass. They don't honor their products here
I purchased a mattress here a little over a year ago and the sales women told me that as long as I kept a waterproof mattress cover on it that if it started to sag, as most memory foam ones do, I could get a replacement. I called the store for just that and the lady said I'd have to purchase a new one. So either the original sales lady lied or the current worker lied. Either way I'm taking my business elsewhere
Kendall and the in store shopping experience was great. Everything after that was a disaster.
The particular items I ordered were not on the sales floor, I only saw it online. Unfortunately once I received the chair and ottoman it was not a true black like pictured. I reached out to customer service to return the chair and they said everything purchased in the store is FINAL SALE.
My chair and ottoman were delayed over a month past the original delivery date. They called to reschedule the delivery date 4 times which was a HUGE inconvenience. I asked for compensation for the delay in delivery and they said the date given is an “estimate” and there was nothing they could do.
Poor customer service is an understatement. I’ll never shop with this company again and I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family. Spend your money we’re your business is valued.
Beautiful store nice quality merchandise. My issue is the sales supervisor was not open to a price match of a $200 difference from a cash paying customer. So they missed out on a sale over a $200 difference. So me, I’m just going to the other store and I get to save $200 and get my merchandise same day instead of 2 weeks. Ashley Furniture management team you should always be open to negotiating especially with something as small as $200. A $1800 total compared to a $1600 total
