My husband and I are not “first-timers” at a furniture store. We were somewhat expecting a high-pressure salesperson to make the experience unpleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Chris and Rob who helped us without pressure, providing helpful information and insight into the options available. They did a great job!!

We made a large bedset purchase April 1. We picked it up at a warehouse a few weeks after. They loaded an incorrect headboard to our rental uhaul and had to drive over 2 hours round trip after their mess up due to traffic. Their warehouse staff was incredibly rude. The porter end tables we received have missmatvhed rails and droors are mounted incorrectly. Here I am on July 8th finally having g a technician arrive for repair. They adjusted the rails, but the doors still do not slide out all of the way. It is now a full battle with incompetent customer care and a repair service that has no showed twice on repair visits. After spending thousands on our set, this service is genuinely pathetic. DESPITE this, we needed a matching sofa table. We ordered online on sale and this unit was ALSO damaged. The wood in the front was gashed and the droors also do not function. AS I WRITE THIS CISTOMER CARE HAS attempted to transfer me twice and have sent me to their review system and hung up. This might be the worst run company out there. I see 0 way how they make any money.

My wife and I were looking for a living room set. We we were approached by Robert with the latest discounts and sales offers, nothing to pushy. We shopped for about an hour comparing different options in furniture with Robert occasionally checking in on us and offering assistance. We made our decision for a purchase and the finalization process was over with in about 15 minutes. We are returning customers and will repeat again.

We had a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture. Rob Lewis was our sales associate. He was very professional and helpful and not pushy. I appreciated his input and helping us to find the right deal that helped us save some money. Highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture for not only quality furniture but also service.

Upon opening after driving to Louisville for pickup, we noticed one corner of the table is damaged. Called customer service and was informed I would have to bring it back to Louisville for exchange which is over an hour from Nicholasville Ky. Idk why a new table top can't just be shipped to the Lexington store and I come pick it up. The purchase took place in Lexington not the Louisville warehouse. Pickup was only done, so I could have it before thanksgiving. Very unsatisfying customer with the customer service
