Very nice store!! The employees were friendly and helpful. I was invited to a build your own bouquet event and loved the store's atmosphere! I was able to purchase a chic new throw pillow and will be back to check out couches. Huge selection and free delivery for things not in stock at the store.

I’ve had the most pleasant shopping experience in Ashley @Mall of Georgia Burford today! Fátima is one of those kind salesperson that is so sweet and pleases you on your taste and needs! Amazing. Then Candance at help desk gave me the most quick, efficient checkout ever! Jay the store manager tried way and beyond to get my order ASAP! Wow!! I walked in thinking on maybe buying and definitely did shop!!! Thank you ladies! It feels like shopping between sisters! God bless and definitely coming back! 😘❤️♥️♥️🥰

I walked into the Buford, GA location on 11/18, and was assisted by Ashley. She provided great customer service. I decided on a large sectional and paid cash with a delivery date of 11/30. I was informed less than a week before delivery date of 11/30 that there were a few pieces unavailable and that the earliest they would have it was 12/5 and the earliest delivery date would be 12/7. I reluctantly agreed since I can be reasonable and understanding that things happen. Well on 12/2 I received a call from a very sleepy individual whom identified herself “from Ashley Furniture” stating that my furniture wouldn’t be arriving due to items in my order are not available and the next available shipping would be 12/13!!! So at this juncture I feel every few days before a new delivery this is the call I’m going to receive. At this point I feel l need to rent a truck and drive to SC and purchase the furniture piece same day and hire individuals to install it in my home. I would’ve loved to provide a 5 star review for this being my first time shopping at this establishment to give myself a different experience, but unfortunately this is not the experience I’ve had. I’m being forced to request a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered a new sofa and two tables because I am having shoulder surgery on Dec 28. We told the sales lady that. She said ‘good news. This is in stock and can be delivered Dec 22. That was then pushed to Dec 26. They tried to deliver just the tables. Sofa isn’t available. Why not? She said it was in stock. Now I’m having surgery and don’t have the needed reclining sofa to sleep on! :/ Had we known we would have shipped elsewhere.

My husband and I went looking for a new sofa. We met Larry as we came in. We enjoyed that we were able to look around and not feel pushed to make a decision. Larry was close if I had questions but let us walk and look until we were ready. He also helped us understand the delivery process and set it all up. This is our second time purchasing from Ashley for our home and we will be back!
