This was by far the WORST experience of any retailer. I typically shop online with my Ashley Furniture account but felt the need to go to the store to purchase a mattress. After spending $1,900, the delivery date was set for 2 weeks out and the anticipation was building. Delivery day came, the old mattress was gone and the new mattress made its way to the bed. As the delivery guy opened his box cutter to remove the plastic, his facial expression changed and he revealed that he cut a 2-foot-long gash in the mattress. He said not to worry, it will be addressed. I called the store and spoke with Damian, the store manager, who made loads of empty promises from credits to quick delivery dates, none of which have come to pass. I received a call from the warehouse only to be told I would have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for a replacement. Once again, I called the store, spoke with Nate who was aware of the issue, and was told I would a call back. I called again and spoke with Ashley who was also aware of the issue and was emailing the warehouse to get answers and I would get a callback, but still nothing. I was promised corporate credits for the inconvenience, I was promised a quick resolution and several callbacks. None have come to pass. So, now a week later, I am still without a mattress, no delivery date as of yet, and no credit. There is no way I will do business with Ashley Furniture as a whole again under ANY circumstance and as soon as I pay off my account, I am closing it. Now I see why the reviews for this store are so low on Yelp, they are only out to protect the commission and not to satisfy their customers. I am being put on the back burner for a situation that was not in my control. Poor customer service, incompetent delivery company, and false promises will destroy a company from the inside.

This chain is very UNPROFESSIONAL and disorganized, brought whole bedroom set from this store as I was in need because my new didn't had any furniture, I was given delivery date 3 weeks after and the saga continued,
1: Not delivered on promise date and postpone for 2 weeks.
2: Product came after 5 weeks of order but was DAMAGED
3: Called customer care and shop only to found they were helpless, then i was given new delivery date after 10 days.
4: Surprise surprise!! 2nd delivery also came with DAMAGED product
5: Went to store to complaint but as usual they are useless, now given new delivery date
Now its more than 7 weeks still I am without bed.............
Save yourself and don't order anything from Ashley
Alex did a fantastic job helping my husband & I find the perfect couch for our space! Very pleased with our experience.
He showed us options from the store & their online warehouse, taking into account features of couches my husband & I love.
Very courteous & professional.
This is not a reflection of the Snellville GA store. Everyone including our salesman Doug was great. It's your dishonest business model. I found something for $300 but found out no product was in store. I couldn't take it with me. They only ship, @$100 charge. So my find was really $400.
Just be honest about your pricing.
Nick’s customer service skills are exceptional. I came to this store about a month ago mattress shopping. Wasn’t ready to make a decision then and came back looking for him to complete the process. He was knowledgeable, patient and had a lot to share. I had been to 4 different stores prior and was still not settled. He made the experience very easy. Go see Nick in Snellville!
