Ashley Store

Dont even get close to this store! They sent me stinky, defective item, I paid for full price, I called them same day, they kept sayimg oh we will figure this out, its been a month! Now they say oh we can replace it but no refund?!?! Refunds are my RIGHTS! writing on my receipt call in 72 hours… I callef in 24 hours they refused the pay my money back and they sent me HORRIBLE $3000 couch, very very bad and disappointing customer service. Dont buy anything from them, I already opened a case to the better business bureau and I wont let this go just like this. I will also share this in facebook, instagram and linkedin because whats happening right now is not following their own terms and conditions, keeping my money and sending filthy stuff. So so bad.

My husband and I purchased a new couch and loveseat from Sherwood. He was an awesome, fun, and knowledgeable salesman. Our couches were delivered in less than a week. I received updates and reminders about the delivery throughout the week, received my delivery window the day before, and the delivery team was friendly, fast, and respectful of my property. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now it is time to sit back and relax on my new reclining sofas.

We placed order for bedroom and patio furniture more than 2 months ago. Wendy the sales rep was very nice and helpful there but delivery, installation and quality of the parts changed our mind about this store and Ashley at this location. At first initial schedule were delayed. We decide to cancel it but they offered store credit to keep the orders. At delivery, the team missed some of the screws and part we received was ripped and look like used one. We have reported the issues, send pictures and opened ticket. Service team visited again and put a new order for replacements but since then we are following the case by visiting store and calling and still parts not sent yet. Hopefully they see this review and fix the issue ASAP! To Ashley: Plz don’t reply back by saying contact us to fix it, you can check with sales rep and store sales mgr(Frank) and all records are available on the account.

If I could give more than 5 stars for my experience today, I certainly would. From the moment that I walked in today, Sherwood took the best care of me. I was looking for a particular type of artwork and Sherwood guided me to the exact right piece. He let me shop without pressure or push, and when I’d made choice he had me all taken care of quickly. I encourage you to ask for Sherwood by name anytime you choose to shop at Ashley.

I had to come into the store because I was having issues with an online purchase, and I'm really glad I did! Manisha helped me out and she was great! I got a table I wanted and was in and out quickly. Great service!
