Wait time took 30 minutes but once back I was seen quickly and the nurse practitioner Elizabeth was very informative with telling me what was going on and treatment. She is absolutely wonderful. I feel awful but I hope to feel better soon. All around a good experience and will come back again when needed.

The medical care was very good. However, when one is sick or hurt, the lengthy wait added to the misery. I had gone online and checked in during the night before. My appointment was for 10:40 a.m. I arrived at 10:25 and was called back about an hour later. Then, I waited almost two hours in the exam room before the doctor came in. It seems that this location is easily busy enough to warrant at least 2 doctors. They seemed to have enough support staff; but, they were waiting for the doctor to let them know what the patients needed.

Went in for a pre-employment drug screen with my paperwork and driver license.I sat in the waiting area for over an hour while other people came in after me and left before me. The ladies at the front counter were very unorganized and unsure of what their next step should be. This place could use more knowledgeable daily help.

I must say that the doctor seemed pretty knowledgeable. I took two stars off on this review because I sat in the waiting area for 2 and a half hours before I was called to the back. Once I got to the back, I sat another hour and a half in a waiting room waiting to see the doctor. I was told that, that is to be expected on Sundays but I feel as if that was a bit of an extensive wait time.

Great experience all around. The check in process was speedy and efficient. The staff members were very personable. Keisha, CRNP was incredible and took her time to access me and treat my illness properly.
