Very bad service, I bought a ticket before the pandemic, it was not possible to travel due to the pandemic, I got tired of calling 0800 and nothing, I found an office inside the shop, I am going to make the claim and they answer that it is via 0800, the ticket It could supposedly be changed but they don't serve you anywhere and the people are very poorly spoken and have little knowledge.

I can't get through, not even to the other number option they gave me previously, they tell me that there is a lot of calls and that I should go to a point of sale!!!! I need to fix my trip!! If it is for purchase, they serve you quickly. If it is to see when you can schedule your flight canceled due to covid, they will cut you off.
