At this moment we are in Tijuca bar. Hotel Windsor Marapendi. We returned yesterday from Buzios where we stayed at Pousada Vila laplage... I want to tell you that thanks to Paula we are enjoying an incredible vacation!! At all times he made sure to know how we were doing and how our vacation was going. Very bad advice. They promised us a refund for a ticket that they canceled 120 days after this time, but they did not do so. And when we were advised by a hotel service, they gave us incorrect information regarding the services we could use at the destination.
