Ben is the personification of great customer service! His response time is unmatched and he always seems to find a way to accommodate my schedule. The icing on the cake is that the perfectionist in you won’t have much to “touch up” once the cleaners leave, and there’s subtle touches of detail in the cleaning to let you know a professional cleaner was there…I’ve gotten some cool new ways to rearrange pillows, blankets, and even trinkets on night stands thanks to AllyMaids. I’ve only had one cleaning that I was dissatisfied with. I bombarded Ben with an insane amount of detail about my dissatisfaction, I’m a high strung, over-explainer by nature, but he made me feel heard and appreciated and sent a team member out the next day to talk with me and touch up any problem areas I hadn’t already tackled. Adriana was so kind and went room by room with me and answered all my questions and concerns before cleaning. I value businesses that not only go hard in the paint, but understand the value of rebounds!! 🏀🏀 With the ever increasing cost of living and inflation, hiring cleaners may not be an easy prioritization to make; I like knowing that when I hire AllyMaids I am a valued customer and my money is money well spent!

I’ve used Ally Maids for years and they do such a great job! Ana in particular goes above and beyond to style towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc into such cute shapes/flowers. Such a nice extra touch!

I just wanted to take the time to comment on the wonderful service I received from Ally Maids, especially Corina. She was an absolute pleasure and did an amazing job. She was on time and worked diligently until she was finished. She was polite, respectful and I felt comfortable having her in my home. This was my first time having a professional cleaning and I will definitely be scheduling more cleanings in the future.

Used AllyMaids monthly to clean my 1BR apartment in Atlanta’s old fourth ward neighborhood. Every clean was thorough and met my expectations - and the responsiveness and ease of scheduling via email was great! I cannot express my gratitude enough for AllyMaids. I reached out to them last minute to have a deep clean since I was very overwhelmed with work and had no time to clean my apartment myself. They were wonderful!! I WFH and they were very professional and accommodating the entire time.
