WORST BODY SHOP IN 256 100%!!! the owner came and picked my truck up in a rollback and he runs my basketball goal down the side of my truck that was good and needed no body work done and he chose to fix it using a color matching pen from the auto parts store to fix it (last 2 pics) 🤦🏼‍♂️ i get my truck back from them 3 or 4 months past when they said it would be done and this hose was hanging. i had 3 lug nuts finger loose one fell off on the way home and my rear shock bolt was finger loose but we took it back so he could fix it which he did but he decided to fix the hose hanging by zip ties (1st pic), that’s professional lol, driver side fender gap is unreal (3rd pic) i would never let it leave my shop like that if i had one. They painted my pillars “gloss black” aka plastic dip, looks horrible (2nd pic). They replaced the gas tank when i told him IN PERSON not to touch it i would fix it on my own and i still can’t pump gas fast bc there is air in the tank and my gas gauge does not work anymore!!!!!! gas lid didn’t shut correctly so i had to take it upon myself to fix that which was a simple fix but when you pay someone to do the job correctly and the way you want it that’s the way it should be done!!! There is so much MORE but i would be writing a BOOK!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE MESSED UP!!!

I bought a used vehicle without seeing the carfax(bad idea). I later found out it had been wrecked on the front drivers side and had electrical problems causing my light to short out among other things that just made me afraid to go anywhere in it, and I desperately needed it repaired correctly. I'm 65 years old and both my husband and myself are retired. Neither of us knew what to do and every where I went I was told I would have to bring the vehicle back in a week or even longer until I stopped at Alexandria body shop. I had never been there before but they made me feel like I had been coming all my life. It was 1:30 on Friday afternoon so they didn't have everything needed to repair my vehicle but the owner came out and worked with the wiring and put a new bulb in my headlight to make it safe for me until Monday when he got the parts needed to complete the repair. A big thank you to Bobby and the guys at Alexandria Body Shop! Where quality work and great customer service are still

I just picked up my vehicle and they did an AMAZING job on my vehicle! Not only that, they also cleaned and waxed it 🥰 I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here! Thanks Alexandria Body Shop ❤❤

Bobby seem like a good person to do business with , and he does good work.

Would give 0 starts if possible. VERY rude and unprofessional. Would not do business here. Take your time and money elsewhere. They like to refer to customers as stupid.
