I have been working with Aire Serv for the past few years.They have been there for me and my family! I used to have a home warranty and I have always had my system inspected and tuned up by David. David told me that I needed some repairs that were going to cost in the 800's. I called the Home Warranty and of course, they were not going to cover it, David took time out of his busy schedule to sit on the phone with the warranty company and argue on my behalf. Long Story short, it was not covered. Fast forward 1 year I am in the process of finishing my basement and I need to move my HVAC equipment 5 ft. I consulted with several companies and they told me that it is not worth it, that it is going to cost thousands of dollars! I called Air Serve and Deon the service manager came to my house and told me that it could be done, and since I needed 800.00+ in repairs I might consider replacing the HVAC system as it was nearly 15 years old. He also stated that since I was going to replace the whole HVAC system that he would not charge me to relocate the HVAC system. He came back with a bid for the Lennox 98 High Efficient Furnace that I felt was a little high. I got bids from other companies that were cheaper, BUT not a Lennox! Deon always followed up with me to answer any questions that I might have. Deon also spent so much time during hours, after hours and even weekends to answer my questions. The other companies never followed up with me! There was even a time I told Deon that I was going to move forward with another company and he did tell me "Thank you for the opportunity" BUT, Deon never gave up as I was looking for the BEST finance option! Deon went above and beyond and made phone calls on my behalf to get me the right financing that would fit my budget. I did have a few bids that were cheaper than Aire Serv BUT the customer service that Deon and his crew provided hands down was exceptional! When I received the best finances for my family, that Deon helped me with, I turned to Deon to let him know that I was going to hire him to install my Lennox Furnace, Lennox AC, and my new tank-less water heater. Of course, he was ecstatic as I have been working with this poor man for a month now, back and forth wearing him down and frustrating him. He kept his cool and professional composure and never let me know that I was frustrating him, as this was a frustrating time for me too. He then scheduled his install team which now I meet another professional tech, TJ. TJ came into my house and looked around at my furnace and he was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that he and his team were going to do. I expressed my concerns to him and he was very passionate and overcame my concerns with solutions that put me at ease. He went over every detail telling me that I was going to be without heat and water for the day, and they won’t leave my house that day until the heat and water was back on! Installation was conducted that following Monday and Tuesday by a team of professional installers that did not leave until 7:30, 8:00 that evening as they stayed true to their promise! The second day the install team was there until 12:30 pm as they installed the AC,TJ stayed behind for another 4 hours or so to make sure everything was working and all the wires were neatly stowed away! I was very impressed with Aire Serv with their professionalism and their patience with me. I have my commission scheduled for next week when Deon will come back in the picture to go over all the equipment to make sure everything is in working order and that I am happy with my HUGE purchase! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Air Serve as yes they were a little higher in price (not by that much) as I was comparing Lennox and Carrier and other brands, never compared Apples to Apples just service options. If you are reading this I have spent so much time writing this review because I am very passionate about the OUTSTANDING customer service that Air Service has provided me and my family! I will continue having this STRONG relationship for years to come!

Elijah, Deon and the two gentleman who installed our new furnace were extremely professional, honest and respectful. They all also took the time to explain in detail the process and what we should expect. The customer service on the phone was also extremely professional. It is hard to choose companies to trust to do work in your home, but without a doubt we would choose this company again and again and recommend them to all of our friends and family.
I e used Aire Serve for the last 6 years and have had relatively good experiences until 18 months ago when things began to fall apart…staff quit, they lost records, would t return calls, etc.
Now, they have abruptly closed without telling their customers about it. I found out by calling their number and hearing a voice recording saying they have closed.
It’s too bad because I just had to pay $1200 to another company to fix something Aire Serve installed 4 months ago for $1,800. It should be warranty work but you can’t get ahold of anyone at Aire Serve - what a bad business practice to leave their customers hanging like that.
I recently renewed my service agreement, and had my air conditioning unit inspected. My experience with services like this in Fort Collins is typically not great.
Aire Serv texts when they're on the way, sends you a picture of your technician and arrives right on time. My technician was very conscious of staying his distance, wore a mask and shoe covers. He was very friendly with a great attitude. He explained everything he did and made recommendations for the future.
I wouldn't use anyone else. It's was a great experience!
Aire Serv replaced our home furnace last February. At each step of the process, the competence, care and professionalism of each of their employees really stood out. Deon was phenomenal in assessing the possibilities for our furnace needs and answering the multitude of questions I had, with an utter lack of pressure to purchase from them. He was unquestionably interested in giving us the best service possible, and it was a stark contrast to other vendors we got quotes from. The installers were likewise outstanding. And the company owner, Mike, touched base and suggested I compare my new furnace operating expenses to the old one. You know what-- the new furnace is not only saving us money to operate it, it's WAY more effective at thermal regulation throughout my home (which has abysmal airflow planning.) Aire Serv far surpassed my expectations and delivered the goods and performance that satisfies! Many thanks to their entire staff! Can hardly say enough good things about them.
