Bad Service, they had my vehicle under review for almost 2 months, they did not repair the fault for which I entered it and they even returned it to me with another fault. I took it to warranty only for them to have it for almost a week without checking it or fixing it. They returned it to me with the same problem when I entered it and another error added to it. Spend more than $50,000. Really think about it before taking your unit, you think that taking it to the agency will be the best but in my case it was not like that. Very bad service even from the advisor since you have to be looking for him to validate how your unit is going, no one takes the trouble to inform you.
The worst agency I have ever visited. I decided to take my truck for service on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at this location since I was not happy with the service from other Ford dealerships. From the moment I arrived, the treatment was terrible, starting with the security person who gave me half instructions when I asked for the service advisor. When I got to service, not a single Ford person helped me until I interrupted them. The advisor Nery Lara was the worst, without greeting, rushed, bad-tempered, half-explaining the service. Hours later I went to pick up my truck and they told me that the advisor had already left and that they couldn't show me the maintenance report.
They promised me that Nery would send it to me by mail on Monday the 29th, which did not happen. In addition to all this, when I checked the hood of the truck I saw that they left a cloth forgotten inside the hood.
I hope everyone sees this and avoids going to this agency, I have never had such terrible customer service. Nothing compared to the top-notch service I have received at Toyota dealerships.
Regular attention, because it is a parent company, the sellers should be more attentive since they were all gathered together buying I don't know what products from someone and they left me waiting until they finished seeing the things. This happened on a Friday before 1 pm
