At the Aeromexico counter in Plaza Averanda Cuernavaca they have very friendly service and provide you with information with sufficient clarity and breadth for your flight. I highly recommend it.

For customers who are loyal to Aeromexico, the costs for checking bags seem rude to me.

It's very bad that they force document carry on. If you are in a hurry to arrive, which was my case, you will be very late waiting for your suitcases at the curb.
