Delayed our flight 12 hours, waited in line for 3 hours just to be told there were no hotels, have $20 worth of food vouchers that only work at 3 "restaurants". We're talking grandmas and children standing for that time at 2am with zero communication or service. Not even water. All of this could have been automated with an app. It is against the law for them to delay a flight by more than 4 hours without paying for a hotel. They don't care.
Aeromexico lost my luggage on more than 1 occasion, it was literally twice the same year on a different flight, didn’t give me a refund or exchange on a flight that was missed due to covid related reasons,
