I had a very bad experience, a lot of valuables was stolen by AeroMexico.. it's been over a month nothing is returned back to me or paid back till date ... hoping for the best still

One of the employees was distant and curt when answering some questions about a flight. I had to go to another branch where they treated me much better and resolved my questions.
