The website is a joke as well the app which is always 5 years behind the rest of the world. Hello Make the English option work and test it before releasing it. Simple things like Password reset don't work as when you start the process the system kicks you back to English and an HTML email which is impossible to translate by cutting or pasting or using and online translator. Hello WHO in their right mind uses an IMAGE to respond to a password reset, where is the simple link to click on to change it?
Aero Mexico is a difficult airline company to work with and has no consideration for its customers time or money.. Had I known better I would have booked with Volaris instead. They charge for everything and you will sit in hold to speak to their agents in the phone for a minimum of an hour if you need to talk to them.. They will then tell you their payment system is down and you need to call back later.
