How sad the attention I received in this establishment. I arrived with every intention of quoting a trip and buying it, but they treated me with total indifference. I asked something and they didn't answer me. A woman came to the office who seemed to know the people working there and they started talking to her as if we weren't there. I certainly won't buy any trips with them.
