Today when checking my luggage they asked me if I had fractures or injuries, to which I confirmed that I suffer from neuropathy and a tear. I expected them to offer me assistance on my trip but instead they made me sign a responsive letter
Again with its flight delays. What they now do is say that their flight was delayed for 1 hour, then their system sends a notice that the flight was delayed again for another hour and you are not entitled to any compensation for their 2-hour delays. Initially the flight left at 3:05 pm and ended up leaving at 5:15 pm. None of our passengers received any compensation and there was no way to make a claim because we were already on the plane. Once on the plane, it took almost an hour and a half to take off.
