We had our furnace cleaned today, and Anthony was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated that he called ahead to let me know he would be on his way soon, which gave me time to get the area ready for him to arrive. We have used Advanced Comfort Solutions for years, and we have never had a problem with their services. I highly recommend them.

We had a limiter switch malfunction on Tuesday 11/20 morning. I called and no one was available until 12/11. A big winter storm was coming in and temps were going to drop hard. I asked for and Emergency After Hours call at a high rate. I was in need! Not only did Scott show up early, he didn’t hit me with the after hours fees. He was knowledgeable and kind. He explained my issue, fixed it and gave me info to help my furnace work better. Top notch crew. The lovely lady on the phone was understanding and helped me get service. A great team! Thank you!

My wife and I awoke this morning with no heat. 19 degrees outside. I called Advanced Comfort Solutions. They took my call right away and was able to have a technician scheduled right away. Shane and his helper called to state they where on the way. Within 10 minutes they showed up at our front door. When both showed up at are house they were very polite and listened to what the issue was. Within an hour they fixed the heater and checked the unit over for any other problems. When they were done they showed us what the problem was, and they talked with us about the programs the company offers. Our whole experience was great👍. I would highly recommend Advance Comfort Solutions.

Anthony was early which worked beautifully for me! He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it He explained what he had done and also explained how the annual maintenance program works for my furnace and air conditioner. John was very polite and professional. He explained how to care for my furnace to help avoid problems. I would recommend advanced comfort for your furnace needs. They have always treated me well and done the job to my satisfaction. They installed a brand new furnace at my old house and did exceptional.
