The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. You always have to wait a long time, even if you have an appointment and the building is small and cramped and feels like a prison. The doctors know less than I do and sometimes give you the wrong medication. Don't use Adeslas!!! Mapfre is much better.
Good morning.
Bad very bad. I request a trauma consultation from the specialist who is treating me for an ailment. During that period, another ailment appeared and I consulted that same specialist during a consultation for the first ailment. He orders me to do an MRI. The day I am scheduled to do that MRI, I already make an appointment with that same specialist. When I get to the counter to make an appointment, they tell me that they cannot give me an appointment before January 10th. Call me by phone after a few days.
That same day, I filed a claim with Adeslas. I'm still waiting for the insurance company's response.
I already have the MRI done, but I will have to go to another doctor. We are talking about a herniated disc, confirmed in the radiological study.
Trying to talk to this center on the phone is useless. In the end you go to a teleoperator, who recognizes that he can't do anything.
Regrettable. Disastrous. I give it a star to allow me to publish. If I could I would give a negative to Adeslas and this center in particular
The telephone service is terrible, I really don't know why it costs so much to hire qualified personnel. They are stupid or they don't know anything. The facilities are good, but they need staff to provide a suitable welcome.
I have my gynecologist here, and I only come for him. For everything else I go to the Public Health Service, although it takes a long time, but it is the best.
Call at 8:40 in the morning to cancel the appointment that you have at 9:10 when you're still on the way of course... And they tell you that they can't give me an appointment for up to 15 days when I have a big wound open...then you go to another center after them and they tell you what usually happens in this center...that the nurse takes a lot of casualties... Let's see if they kick her out! Even his colleagues are outraged, they already told me "well, as for it to rot"
