I am an erasmus Student and i had a few problems with my skin because of the air in Granada, so I went there and asked for an appointment with a dermatologist, they immediately gave me an appointment. Everything was very uncomplicated and the staff there was really nice. The doctor was also so nice, he explained everything very detailed and it was so easy to understand him. Thanks for helping me that much

Good afternoon, this is my first experience with Adeslas and I feel disappointed, I have an appointment at 1:48 p.m. for dermatology yesterday, I arrive at and 37, the machines do not work to make an appointment, I wait in line, 5 people take my appointment for about 10 minutes 1:52 p.m. and they take me to consultation 22, after more than half an hour waiting, seeing that there was no one waiting and my turn does not appear on the screen, I call and no one answers, I try to go to the counter twice but there is a long queue and I I was afraid that they would call me while I was gone, I really wanted to come because I am worried and I have been waiting for my appointment for a long time, but in the end I decided to go because it seems strange to me, especially that my turn does not appear on the screen , 6 other people at the counter, a super nice nurse passes by and I ask her, to my surprise she tells me that the doctor has left…. That?? I don't know, but it doesn't seem normal to me that they call me in for a consultation only 4 minutes after my appointment and that I'm not there... I have to say that those 4 minutes of delay are not my fault, but rather the fault of the unavailable means and the poor service provided. there is to expedite a problem… I am very unhappy because I have wasted my time and a day off that I requested to be able to go to my appointment. Arriving on time and being told that the doctor has left seems terrible to me... her time is important but so is mine and if she has an appointment at 1:48 p.m. that she has left at 52 doesn't seem professional to me. Thank you and appreciate the work of this nurse and her generosity who has made an appointment for me as soon as possible and at a time when I do not have to miss work again. I've been waiting for this appointment for a month and a half with concern and it doesn't seem normal to me.

The word incompetence falls short. They don't pick up the phone, when you finally get someone to answer IT'S NOT EVEN THEM, it's a switchboard which can't offer you any information because it doesn't have your data. It took me 1 and a half months to get results from a breast ultrasound, results which were going to be available in a couple of days. The center is 2 hours and 50 minutes from my house, the only solution they give me from the central offices is to go to the center, since the phone number is IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO GET IT. You pay for a service which is disastrous and even causes shame and embarrassment.

Third month waiting for an appointment, first and second month 300 km traveling and 2 days lost compromising other people at my work etc; Without clear prior notice of appointment cancellation. The worst, a patient with serious complications pending this medical evaluation and everything that this entails. It seems that this great business stops being great when it depends on so many disconnected people. I do not accept standard apologies, please spare them, I would like a solution. Thank you.

Very bad, an astonishing slowness in the queue for extractions, supposedly there are 2 people working but that seems impossible judging by how little the numbers advance, sometimes they have been up to fifteen minutes without anyone entering or leaving. We have spent more than an hour for 13 numbers, we are going to have to leave without doing the analysis. As the time to finish approaches, they begin to take a more normal rhythm to finish. But waiting time is not admissible when the numbering is not progressing and no one enters or leaves.
