A terrible experience. The girl at the reception made a mistake and canceled my appointment, which she realized and got up twice to discuss it with the surgeon's assistant. After an hour of waiting and attending to two patients before me, the receptionist informed the assistant that her treatment was not correct or appropriate, despite not attending to me and telling me to wait for the patient to finish. After passing by (he hadn't started) he started raising his voice at the receptionist in front of everyone. The experience has been so unpleasant that I have decided to leave. The humane treatment between colleagues leaves a lot to be desired and much more when the clients are in front of them. The girl at the reception, despite the bad experience she has had and the anxiety of the moment, her treatment is spectacular, always with a smile and we all make mistakes. A terrible experience.

The best Clinic, already three root canals with Dr. Simón Maroto, she has a hand you don't feel anything, she does magic, I had a terrible mouth and she has changed me, she is fast and precise, and Laura the assistant is also excellent, always cordial and informing everything what they do to you. The prices are good and also the equipment and devices, everything is at a level there. And it's always full, you have to make an appointment in advance. Hey and the loving and attentive receptionist, I arrived late and spoke with the Dr to get me treated, then she gave me the invoice and the next printed appointments so I wouldn't forget. Oral cleaning appointment with Belén, a 10-year professional, very dedicated, meticulous in her work and very very kind, highly recommended. The receptionists were also very nice.
