Horrendous service, I had the worst experience. I went to have a clean on my teeth and I came away with a chip in the corner of one of my front teeth. The woman was so rough and brutal that she even knocked my teeth with the drill quite a few times, on top she did the clean extremely quick so the whole service felt very rushed and not done with care. She tried to deny that she chipped my tooth so I told the manager to look at the scans and pictures they took of my teeth the week before to show that I did not have a chipped tooth to start with and I also showed them personal pictures from just days before. They avoided looking at the pictures or scans they took while I was there. In the end they fixed it, but I felt very uncomfortable and everyone was extremely unfriendly. I also now have the concern as to wether my tooth will discolour because of this. I will never use them again and I am going to make a formal complaint to Adeslas.

I have had a treatment at this clinic and from the moment the guy at the reception, Manuel, walked through the door, he was very attentive to everything. And when it came to explaining to me what she had to do to me, both Dr. Navarro and the treatment advisor Vanessa detailed everything very well. I will repeat with them

I am very happy with the treatment received and the results from the dentist Pilar. I had a cleaning and two fillings done with her, I usually get very nervous at dentists and she gave me confidence and security. I will definitely repeat with her!

I was treated by Doctor Pilar who was a delight, she spent a good time explaining the entire treatment to me, super close and it didn't hurt at all, I'm super happy!

I went for an implant review with Dr. Pilar, and everything was great, the best decision I made was to put myself in her hands. Great success without a doubt
