Adeslas Dental Clinic Ciudad Lineal

Very poor dental surgery. Twice I have been to an appointment, each time delayed, amounting to >1 hour of my time wasted on weekdays when I should be working, and I STILL don’t have what I specified that I need the very first time I spoke with Adeslas over the phone. The staff clearly don’t care, many of them walking around coughing and spluttering. I will absolutely NOT be switching from Sanitas to Adeslas!

Pathetic, super pathetic service. Don't go here. They can make us wait for hours, however if we go little late, they ask us to take another appointment. Highly disappointing.

Malpractice with its corresponding complaint in the OCU due to excessive polishing of teeth to place veneers, in addition to their low quality. This excessive polishing has caused the veneers to continually fall off and we have not received any effective solution (gluing the veneers 25 times is not a solution). I do not recommend this center at all since, in addition, the service is terrible. It is preferable to go to other types of centers where you can guarantee the quality of their products, correct customer service and of course, professionals up to the task to avoid these bad practices.

I will never understand why the receptionists at this clinic are so serious, it seems like they spare your life. You can be nicer doing your job, it's obvious that they don't like that job. More sympathy never goes wrong on these sites. On the contrary, I am delighted with DR Espías, a good, kind and polite professional.

I used to go to that clinic since I have 3 implants plus several fillings. I made an appointment for a filling due to a broken tooth. They give it to me since I ask for it for 20 days or so. A couple of days before the appointment they change it since the dentist is not there. Another wait of 20 more days. The expected day arrives, I am waiting for 45 minutes to be attended to, I go to the room and it turns out that I have to go back out to the waiting room because the pedal of the chair does not work. I wait another 10 minutes and with my anger I tell the receptionist as politely as possible that I am leaving and that I can't wait any longer since I work and I can't be away. When I was leaving the clinic, the receptionist called me again to tell me that I had left without paying for the filling. My answer is whether it is a joke or a joke so I hang up on him telling him how am I going to pay if I didn't and that I would never return to that clinic again because of the poor treatment given to a client like me who was a regular. Maybe I am an isolated case but I already say that I will not return.
