Unfortunately I was told I had missed my appointment when I arrived 10 minutes late, but the next visit I waited half an hour to be called. I’m not sure this is good client service.
If you're looking for dental insurance/help - DON'T go wth Adeslas!
I have been with them for over a year now - I have spent so much money and it's just been continued unbooked appointments, wrongly booked appointments, not having enough time to do them, lateness and bad customer service. The last time I went the woman was just talking over me chatting with the nurse really fast in spanish and not even looking at what she was doing and making me incredibly anxious when she already KNOWS I don't like the dentist!! (I have nothing against people speaking Spanish obviously and I understand/speak a lot, its more her total lack of communication with me and her concentration level/level of professionalism!) she put loads of her tools on my chest and when I tried to tell her to take them off and she clearly knew i was having a panic attack and it was making me scared she just told me to hang on and let her finish when I know she could have stopped (I've had lots of fillings, I know the process more or less now!!). Just now I've been hung up on because when I was trying to tell them my problem, the woman explaining wouldn't let me finish; when I had already told her I needed to explain everything first so I could then listen and understand her reply properly and she repeatedly said the same thing I already told her that I understood rather than trying to understand what I was saying and just hung up on me (I also tried to get my spanish boyfriend to call first and they couldn't even find my details so they rang me back - not even asking me to confirm anything when they called!) - they are SO RUDE!
(The only good thing about this practice is the dentist named Alexandra/Alejandra as she is lovely, organised, professional, and makes me feel calm - but for all the hassle it is to see her, it's not worth it!)
A horror, we were waiting 60 minutes to see the orthodontist, the delay is not understandable, they do not attend to any type of emergency, or they plan the appointments poorly or they arrive late without warning that they are late, I have left work earlier because Being on time is a shame. When they are delayed THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THE PATIENTS AND NOTIFY, because then for you to make appointments they do call you and notify you by all means, to bill yes, to provide good care no. A shame.
After having a dental procedure, I have been able to verify that the two girls who treated me have been professionals, with a lot of empathy and a delicacy that I have to be grateful for. I think you should recognize when you are in the hands of people with that attitude and it is worth spending some time writing this review so that any patient can be calm and confident. Bravo for your work.
