Adeslas Dental Clinic Carabanchel

I had the worst dental experience with this particular clinic (Adeslas Dental clinic Carabanchel) in Calle del Gral. Ricardos, 37 28019 Madrid I have been with consistent payment with the premium package of adeslas ( Adeslas Plena Plus) for three years and never consumed any of the dental services whatsoever, and when i suddenly had an urgent incident, I had the worst and unprofessional service from the above mentioned dental clinic. When I presented myself to the clinic, I was having an unusual pain in my teeth for five consecutive days , the staff took a quick scan of my teeth and asked me to pick another appointment to treat what I believe was urgent as I was in a continues pain , I had to bear with the pain for a week waiting for the next appointment without any prescribed medication from them to at least subside the pain, and earlier today when I went for my appointment , the Doctor that was in charge to treat me Dr. Laura Villaverde Barrera literally told me to pick another appointment in another Adeslas dental branch because she can’t treat me and referred to my situation as complicated, and when I simply asked her to at least make a referral to the other clinic so that I can just proceed my way there without having to make another appointment which could take more days and hence, more pain , she rudely refused and didn’t quite care about the urgency of my condition, it was incredible for me because I was completely surprised by the service they provided of boldly showing lack of professionalism and mistreatment. I had to come back after I left to politely ask her to prescribe for me any sort of medication to subside the pain I was encountering. I highly regret going there to ask for a treatment.

Thank Dr. Villar Serrano for the wisdom teeth extraction surgery. I was very scared but he did it great and super fast. Thank you! Also to the receptionist who is always super friendly and charming.

I recommend coming to this clinic, a great team of professionals. They are super friendly and attentive, especially at the reception, Nieves and Dr. Alfonso Soria and assistants, It's a pleasure! A hug for everyone
