Adeslas Dental Clinic Barajas

I went to get a cleaning, this appointment went well but I had to come back for a checkup. At this check-up they told me that they had to do several fillings. The funny thing came with the budget, instead of a filling (filling 35 euros) they gave me coronary reconstruction (55 euros) so I went back to the dentist and asked her why they gave me that instead of a filling. Their response was that they are not allowed to put only coronary reconstruction in the obturation system. Given my perplexity, I called Adeslas to inform me and they told me that this was not true. I have been to another clinic and they gave me a different quote, which verifies my suspicions. They put other things in your budget so that the price in the end is the same as without insurance. A complete scam. I don't usually comment but I find it interesting that people take it into account.

Very bad experience, I went to the clinic due to a feeling of mobility in a tooth, they ended up selling me a Discharge Splint after 5 attempts because they didn't do it correctly, with it my teeth and head started to hurt horribly but the response It was “give it time, you have to get used to it.” I have gone to another clinic for a second opinion and they tell me that the splint is very bad for my mouth and that is why it causes me pain, so I don't even think about using it. Conclusion, they have taken €220 from me and if I listen to them I end up with problems that I didn't even have when I went the first day. Not recommended

After arriving on time for the appointment, they told me that they called me a month ago to cancel the appointment and that I didn't pick up the phone. Tell them that they call from a switchboard, to which calls cannot be returned and they do not leave you a message or send you an email. I have wasted the entire morning to be able to attend my scheduled appointment for more than a month, but they only call you 3 times in 1 day and from a phone that does not accept call back.

I do not recommend it. Dating is a joke. I made an appointment to have dental hygiene done online. When I arrived they told me that the hygienist was not coming that day. They gave me another appointment in which they did not attend to me either since the hygienist was not there either. They called me once in the morning - which I couldn't pick up due to work reasons - and the receptionist assured that they called me in the afternoon too. Which was FALSE. TERRIBLE customer service. Not recommended.

I have had my mouth cleaned at this center and the truth is that I have not felt any oral pain during the process or after finishing it (without anesthesia). The treatment at reception has also been great, they work super well!
