Laura arranged a wonderful - and complex - trip for 11 family members to Hawaii. She is just awesome! Communication was great throughout a year-long planning process. We had one minor issue with a vendor that she addressed immediately. Laura also worked diligently to find quality companies to work with but also selected those that were very economical as well. Before my husband passed away 3 years ago, he made me promise that I would take the family to Disneyworld. I contacted Laura and booked the trip over a year ago and finally went two weeks ago. Laura spent countless hours getting our reservations and tickets in order and with the ever-changing Covid restrictions, things were constantly changing. She helped us coordinate our flights so the family that was flying could meet and share a ride from the airport to Disneyworld.
