Kaitlyn Vest from the Adam Merrick Real Estate group is an absolute gem! She made the home buying process smooth and easy. She saved us hundreds of dollars asking if we were willing to use a home inspection from a couple of months earlier. Also using a recent $75 termite inspection for free was a bonus. Unable to view the home in person, she uploaded two walk-through videos of the home (inside and out). Later, she did another walk-through to confirm needed repairs were addressed, as well as sending a copy of receipt for foundational repairs. Recommending their in-house financing, EZ Mortgage, made the financing portion seamless. All in all, she kept us on track to close on time.
