Ace on The Fax

Good store, somewhat limited supply. The cashier are always friendly and helpful. But its hard to get anyone to help find what I'm looking for. More than once I've walked toward personnel looking for something and they turn and walk away.

Stacey was a HUGE help in helping me locate the right parts for me to fix my luggage rack on my bike. It saved me loads of time, and she was super friendly too. Ace really lives up to its promise as the helpful place every time I go, but this was even better than usual!! Thanks again, Stacey!!!

I love this store a little too much. Since beginning my woodworking hobby a few years ago, I've spent a lot of time here. Without exception, I've found the staff members very helpful.

Ordered a new Weber natural gas grill and was able to get free assembly and delivery, try getting that service from the big box stores. Also, the delivery person looked at my new natural gas connection and told me what fitting i will need to connect my grill which saved me from calling a plumber and $$$. Great customer service!!
