I stopped in because I saw the beautiful flowers as I was passing by. I was assisted by the nicest young man named Ashton. He was so helpful and informative. The assortment and colors of the fall flowers are awesome. I know now where to go for my indoor and outdoor foliage!!🥰
Always clean, well stocked, and well-staffed. I like how ACE has remarketed itself. Getting all the stores to have the same storefront gives continuity to the brand. Their stores never keep very many of each item they sell in stock. But that gives them room for a bigger and better variety of products. So I always take a couple of extra minutes to walk around a few aisles after I have what I need. I'm always amazed by the products that I didn't know they had or maybe the selection of that product. There's hidden gems on every aisle. Even the paint aisle. Let's be honest with each other, nobody WANTS to go into the paint aisles. Not even painters. But go check it out. The selection of brushes or sandpaper or those little hidden gems may catch your eye. You just might stumble on what you didnt know you needed for that other project you have going on at home.
Worst customer service encounter.
Will never return. Was so excited to pick gift for wife and use a small amount reward card. Was told it wasn't accepted for my item. I showed the notice that clearly indicated brand along with comment, "no brand exclusions for this reward". My experiance in business is to satisfy the customer.
This is certainly not the intent of the staff. I left disappointed and with no gift.
Andrew was amazing! I was shopping for a Stihl chainsaw and he was very helpful and knew his product. I was happy with my selection and and the purchase process. Unfortunately when I brought the chainsaw home my wife could not pull start it (I mainly bought it for her.) I brought the chainsaw back and asked if I could exchange it for the same size with the easy-start feature which cost about $50 more. He was very accommodating and after a close inspection to verify the saw wasn’t used he gladly exchanged it. I can’t say enough about the people and service. Oh and my wife loves her new chainsaw!
