The staff was really helpful in helping me find what I needed. I really appreciate it. Thank you. Update: For three months I have been coming here to get supplies for renovating my house and they have been stocked on each occasion except for one time. They were stocked today and I got the files to sharpen my blade.

The reason this store will do well in this town is because of their outstanding customer service. Very classy and friendly. I came in today at about 5:55pm not knowing they closed at 6. When I came in, Barb politely asked me if she could help me find anything. I declined stating I had a few things to pick up and was just browsing. At 6:05 Matt politely asked me if he could help, and when I declined he said they would be closing soon but to let them know if I could use any help. I asked him when they would close and he said 6pm. I was really taken back by how friendly and helpful they were even as I was keeping them after closing hours. Needless to say I rushed to the register but Barb and Matt could not have done a better job serving a customer. Management would be smart to highly appreciate them.

At first cashier was offer to call someone to help with what I was wanting to buy that was outside. I got another employee myself to help and he was great help. Didn't have to ask him really he was around the corner working in the paint section and heard. When I turned to go find someone he said he would no problem. I didn't catch their names but not hard to figure out beings not many work a shift in small town stores. Found and got what I needed and at great prices. Thank you once again young man for your welcomed help. Keep up the great job.

Ace Hardware in Lyons KS is the go to store for us. The employees are always very helpful, and genuinely happy to see us, and to help us. A big plus is that the store is always adequately stocked and clean. The prices are competitive and the sales are always a nice plus. Brad Prather
