Before coming here, I had never been to an Ace Hardware store. I imagined something like Harbor Freight. I was looking for a specific small deep fryer and called multiple stores. This one was the only one that had what I wanted, with multiple options. The entire vibe was like a small town general store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.
Make up your mind on how to wait in line. Some days it feeds from 1 line other days you wait at checkout. Today no one was in line so I go to checkout. Very rudely I was told to wait at single line. When I told cashier that some days you follow this policy other days not. She scolded me saying I need to read sign they had put up. I dropped my purchase and went to another Ace Hardware not owned by your group. I really don't care how you handle checkout line,just make up your mind on how you run it.
Horrible service. Waited in line to return a fitting I didn't use. When it was my turn the cashier told me to go to the back of the line because I didn't wait by the sign (when I showed up there was nobody in line so I just waited behind the customer that was being helped at the time) this kind of ridiculousness is simply not worth my companies time to deal with. I will be telling all of my employees to no longer purchase supplies at Ace hardware on company time

I understand that policies may vary between stores, but it's crucial for a large retail chain like Ace Hardware to ensure consistent adherence to their stated policies across all their locations. This inconsistency in enforcing the return policy has inconvenienced me as a customer.
I would like to suggest that Ace Hardware consider implementing a more uniform and customer-friendly return process across its stores. This would help improve the overall shopping experience and ensure customers have a clear understanding of their return options.
Despite this inconvenience, I appreciate Ace Hardware's wide range of products and the quality of items available in your stores. I hope that my feedback will contribute to enhancing the customer experience at Ace Hardware in the Future
Love this Ace! Everyone is helpful and the massive amount of stuff to look at and choose from is outstanding! My last visit I had Chris from plumbing help me with a tricky issue and he was kind, patient and so helpful and solved the problem. He was an outstanding and stellar employee and I will definitely go back to him for other questions. Thanks Chris! Glad Ace has given me such a good shopping experience
