Ace Hardware of Skokie

My go-to for quick hardware store needs. Easy to get in and out of, kind, friendly, local staff, prices and inventory is decent. Way better experience than the big boxes.

I prefer this location due to the customer service. Ray is very knowledgeable. Even if Ace does not have it, he is able to check if I can order it now and pick it up in store.

I had to give 1 Star so I could write the review, they deserve zero star. This place isn't good anymore as was few years back. They have staff who don't know what to suggest if we ask. And if we buy something as per third suggestion, and if it doesn't work, they have very rude attitudes towards returning of the products they sold wrongfully.
