Ace Hardware at the Highlands

DO NOT BUY ANY TOOLS HERE ESPECIALLY IF THE BOX WAS OPENED Y WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. Worst ACE in Denver. Also Area Manager Ken Beck will not return a Phone Call. Store manager was not helpful and is a 19 year old kid who doesn’t understand the phrase customer service.

I needed some specific screws by size. They had exactly what I needed plus cheap propane for my grill. Everything seems very reasonably priced for its location. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely look here before going other large box stores.

I had a tricky hardware issue with my shopping cart, and while they didn't have exactly what I needed, the tall slender person with many earrings scoured the store until we found a solution that worked...PERFECTLY. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Was helped by Isaac. I needed a screw extractor to remove the stripped bolts on my license plate and Isaac went out of his way to use the Shop's drill and get the screws out for me. 5/5 will return - everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you Isaac!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Unless it's something very specific they should have what you need. It's nice not being in a super mega store.
