Ace Hardware Distribution Center

I use to like shopping at ace hardware! till my last online order i got the worst customer service ive ever seen . my order got lost in shipping so i called to find out if it was going to still show up. this was 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered. they said yes its on its way . i said are you sure because there tracking hasn't updated since the 3rd day it was shipped they told me they needed to talk to the warehouse and would get back to me that day. no call no email so called the next day same thing the person was clueless. this went on for a week strait. i also asked to speak to a manager and the women told me there wasn't any one i could speak to and then told me to go to there website and read the refund policy . the women was also very rude well speaking to me. i also was told i had to call fedex witch they told me that they needed to speak to the ace hardware. i was told that for a week strait. i hope some one in management see's this and fixes there customer service department. at this point i won't be supporting them ever again.

All reviews here are true. But on the good side it's not crowded whit truck. Easy in and out. Fast unloading. And they are very strict whit appointments. No early unloading for me. Will come back again now that I know the way.

My wife works here, the starting rate is better than most places We have seen and management from our experience seems to care about there employees, we hope it stays that way.they also have parking for there employees who does a good job

for sure they should improve logistics!!!!! Yard practically is blocked by dropped trailers.. Its hard to get the docks
