Jason was punctual. He set to work promptly when tasks were described. He demonstrated excellent trouble shooting skills when installing a tricky ceiling light fixture. I appreciated his input on assembling & creating a new rack for coats. Jason also did an excellent job building a storage cabinet. I'm pleased that all these tasks were completed b4 Christmas! From stopping by earlier for estimate through the job, Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. The railing on my front steps was rickety; the person who originally put the steps/railing in used nails in place of bolts where it needed strength; as well as a few steps needed to be tweaked. I have osteoporosis and the railing the way it was was dangerous if it was needed to assist me on the way up/down. He also powerwashed everything. He only used new pieces where needed, which you don't see this nowadays. Everything looks brand new and strong. Since Mark had a little time after project was done, I got his input as to possible things to tackle next year, which I appreciated. Thanks again!

From start to finish Ace Handyman and Jason did a great job on estimating and repairing my basement from water damage. In addition, I had them install a sheet rock ceiling. Jason did a phenomenal job on the new ceiling furring out the joists installing the new sheet rock and doing all the mudding taping, sanding, painting, himself. It looks awesome and I actually gained some space over my drop ceiling height. He also installed new LVP flooring throughout and on my stairs. In addition to installing new baseboard in the space and repairing some damaged walls. Jason has an incredible work ethic and doesn’t stop until the jobs done. I am so happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend Jason and Ace Handyman.

Mark did a fabulous job of caulking our bathtub and sink. He also took some extra time to regrout some of the bathroom tile that needed it. This was not necessarily expected but just an example of how he went above and beyond to make sure the bathroom looked its best. After all his work, the tile looks as if it was just newly installed. I can’t say enough about his skill level and willingness to help. He was also a pleasure to work with.

Mark was nice, but didn't really know, at first, what was needed to fix on my toilet. He then says loudly, THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE. And when I came it to see, he said my toilet was loose and that the valve handle was missing. I said we needed to focus on getting my toilet to flush properly. So, it seemed like a scam to get me concerned about a loose toilet, which I still don't even see this (does not act loose at all for me). Scare tactics are not professional. Also, when I scheduled this appointment, I was told all drivers had "fully stocked" trucks. Mark had to leave and go get both the toilet and insulation parts. It took a longer time to do the work, due to this. So, I feel duped from both parts of this business. Therefore, no stars. In response to Handyman Services response....my toilet is not wobbly nor did he show me that water moving due to this. THAT is the duped part -- it is not true. The only issue with the toilet is what Mark only 1/2 fixed...with new flusher and other part, but it is not satisfactory at all as he never fixed that it is SUPER HARD TO FLUSH STILL. That was the initial problem, which I still have. So, that is why this poor review. You just tried to defend everything from your end. Where is your guarantee and customer service? It isn't corrected. I paid you in full, but have the same issue with the toilet.
